Access to the FASTSURVEY platform

 

AXIS PHARMA is a provider of market research services in the medical-pharmaceutical sector, which can be contracted through the platform called FASTSURVEY hereinafter THE PLATFORM.

 Access and registration on the Platform are completely free of charge. To proceed with the registration, the User will be required to provide the necessary data to manage their registration, and all data must be entered, real and true, since this is the only way AXIS PHARMA will be able to provide the Services correctly and manage the contracts that are made. Likewise, the Platform offers Users the possibility of accessing it through their respective Google accounts. In the event that the User chooses to register on the Platform, AXIS PHARMA will access the data provided by the User in his/her Google profile, and will consider such data as real and true for the creation of the User's profile on the Platform.

 Users may register by accessing the "Log In" section of the AXISPHARMA website and then clicking on the "Sign Up" option. Once the registration is completed, future accesses will be made using the "Log In" option using as user name and password, the email and password chosen in the registration process.

 

Under no circumstances will AXIS PHARMA be responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided by the Users, so each one of them will be responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may arise later on from the lack of quality of the data.
